What’s Rewilding?
In nature, rewilding is restoring an ecosystem to its natural state.
This means allowing it to find it’s own balance and thrive, without being controlled or constrained.
Human rewilding is no different.
Over time, we become ‘constrained.’ We build walls of 'shoulds,' 'musts,' and 'what-ifs' around who we truly are. We adapt to fit environments and other people’s expectations, until we eventually lose ourselves, and feel disconnected from our own instincts.

Depending on the time we have, we’ll head out to The Peak District (usually around the Hope Valley) or to one of Sheffield’s green spaces like Endcliffe Park.
For London clients, we meet at Richmond Park or Hampstead Heath.

Not at all. This isn't an expedition; it's a professional coaching session. We‘ll walk at a pace that suits you, over terrain that suits you.
All you need is decent footwear, a waterproof coat, and warm layers.
If you have specific access requirements like a route suitable for a wheelchair - tell me, and we’ll work together to craft the perfect session for you.

We live in Sheffield, so rain is nothing new!
I check the weather 24 hours beforehand, and plan our session based on the forecast.
If it’s light rain, we embrace it -often the most powerful shifts in mindset happen when out in the elements.
If it’s torrential or dangerous, we relocate to a warm cafe, or reschedule.

Whilst both provide a confidential space to talk, therapy often looks backward to help heal past trauma.
Coaching is forward-focussed. We acknowledge where you’ve been, but our work is about where you are now and how you can move forwards towards the future, aligned with your values, and taking intentional action.
My coaching approach
I am both a qualified personal development coach and an NLP practitioner, with specialisms in confidence coaching and mental health coaching. I am also an accredited Disc practitioner.
I have a professional background in leadership and marketing (graduating through the Mars Management Development Programme), and have extensive experience working in purpose-led organisations.
I bring together all my skills and experience to give you the bespoke support that you need. I combine deep listening, with powerful questioning and practical training on how your brain and mind work. I also equip you with exercises, frameworks and tools so that our work together is not only transformative, but has longevity.
Our sessions will take you on a journey from where you are now, towards where you want to be. This isn’t about chasing arbitrary goals. It is about helping you to create deep, sustainable, personal transformation, that enables you to feel confident, clear, and courageous, and equips you to make your difference.
